This document contains the terms governing use of the 2280 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Service Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 2280 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 2280 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any term updates have been published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the current terms in effect.
The 2280 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. Registration by individuals outside this scope is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security Responsibility
Registration & Personal Information
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 2280 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in cancellation of all related accounts without prior notice. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your account.
Password & Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential. 2280 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account details. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact the 2280 support team immediately via the platform’s live chat.
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts with others. Each account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
2280 platform users agree to use these services solely for lawful private entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account closure and balance freezing:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to exploit the platform system
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or abuse of bonuses and promotions
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform technical functions
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
- Registering using another person’s identity or falsified personal information
2280 reserves the right to investigate any accounts suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action without any obligation to provide further explanation to the parties involved.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Deposit Methods
All transactions on the 2280 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can deposit using supported local payment methods including GrabPay, Boost, and domestic Malaysian bank transfers. Deposit limits vary according to current platform policies and the payment method chosen.
Withdrawal & Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method as the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times depend on the withdrawal method and relevant bank or payment provider policies. 2280 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals to comply with security procedures.
Any attempt to process transactions through third-party accounts not registered under the user’s name is prohibited and may lead to account suspension and freezing of the funds involved pending investigation.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 2280 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2280 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 2280 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including temporary technical interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the 2280 platform are owned by 2280 or its licensors and protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written permission from 2280.
Third-Party Links
The 2280 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2280 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Accessing external links is at the user’s own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
2280 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or compliance with relevant authority directives. In cases of account closure due to user violations, 2280 may withhold or cancel balances related to the rule-breaking activity.
Terms Amendments
2280 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users through platform communication channels. The effective date of any amendments will be clearly stated in the updated document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate channels under Malaysian legal jurisdiction.
